Mary Kathryn Wilson, OD, is originally from Greenwood, MS, and completed her pre-professional undergraduate education at the University of Mississippi; with an additional four years of professional education at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN where she received her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2012.

Following her training, Dr. Wilson's patient load has included the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease, especially glaucoma and diabetic complications, as
well as determining prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses. In addition, she holds higher level certifications for primary eye care procedures and will be serving those patients also.

​

Dr. Wilson is a member of the American Optometric Association and served on the
Board of Directors for the Mississippi Optometric Association from 2014 to 2021.

​

She and her husband, Cris, who is originally from Mobile, have two sons.
